To strengthen cooperation and communication between enterprises in China and Kenya, and to promote the joint development of the power equipment industry, Yangzhou Huading Electric Co., Ltd. warmly welcomed President Chen Wenxiang of the Kenya-China Chamber of Commerce and Ms. Deng Qing, Honorary Secretary-General of the World Canal Historic and Cultural Cities Cooperation Organization (WCCO), along with their delegation on December 4, 2024. The company’s Chairman Mr. Zhang Liangsuo, Director Mr. Rong Chaoyu, and other key leaders provided a warm reception throughout the visit. During the meeting, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on power solutions, transformers, and low- and high-voltage electrical equipment, aiming to explore further business and trade cooperation opportunities.
President Chen Wenxiang and his delegation first visited the company’s model display area, where they learned about the development and technical advantages of Huading’s products in various application fields.
During the meeting, Chairman Zhang Liangsuo first extended a warm welcome to President Chen Wenxiang and Secretary-General Deng Qing, briefly introducing Huading’s development status and future plans. He emphasized that Huading has always been committed to the research, development, and production of power solutions, transformers, and complete electrical equipment. With strong competitive advantages in the industry, Huading aims to implement its strategic vision of "creating quality products, innovating boldly, and going global" to build an internationally recognized company.
After listening to the company’s introduction, Secretary-General Deng Qing highly praised Huading’s technical strength and market performance in the power equipment sector.
President Chen Wenxiang then provided guidance on expanding into the African market. He noted that Kenya is currently undergoing rapid infrastructure development and increasing power demand. He expressed hope that this cooperation would provide more technical support for the upgrading of Kenya’s power facilities and renewable energy projects.
At the end of the meeting, Chairman Zhang Liangsuo reiterated that Huading adheres to the principles of openness, inclusivity, and win-win cooperation. He expressed the hope that through close collaboration with more overseas Chinese enterprises, both sides could establish deep friendships and jointly expand broader development space.
